2 years guarantee for free repair and replacement of all crystal,
pearl and CZ components. This covers
discoloration, scratches and loss of the crystal, pearl and CZ components.
What we
cannot repair due to changes in stock and design, we will replace with an
item of comparable value, although this may not be identical in design to
your item of jewelry.
* For damage of components other than
crystal, pearl and CZ.
* Without a genuine,
original guarantee card, and/or an official receipt, inscribed with the
correct model code for the product.
* Where the product
was not sold under DENNI.
* Where in our sole opinion,
the item was subjected to modification, attempted repair or unreasonable
misuse.
* For discoloration,
oxidation, breakage and scratches on the eletro-plated surfaces.
* For breakage and
discoloration of leather, string, chain, pin, buckle, strap, metal body and
magnet parts.
